延边地区汉族青少年肥胖分布特点

摘　　要：[目的]分析延边地区汉族青少年肥胖分布特征.[方法]采用整群抽样方法抽取延边地区安图县高中3年级汉族学生共1 658人,测量身高、体重、腰围和臀围,分别以体重指数(BMI)和腰围作为评价肥胖的指标.[结果]男生各体格指标水平均明显高于女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);男生及女生的超重检出率分别为11.2%,7.1%,肥胖检出率分别为2.3%,1.4%,超重及肥胖合计检出率分别为13.5%,8.5%,男生和女生的超重及合计检出率差异间均有统计学意义(P<0.01).BMI与体重、腰围、臀围、腰围臀围比值(WHR)及腰围身高比值(WHtR)之间具有正相关关系,偏相关系数分别为0.893,0.548,0.584,0.056,0.555(P<0.05).多因素分析结果表明,本地区青少年超重肥胖与性别、身高、体重、腰围、臀围、WHR及WHtR有相关关系.[结论]延边地区汉族青少年BMI与体重、腰围、臀围、WHR及WHtR密切相关.OBJECTIVE To analyze the distribution characteristics of obesity in Han adolescents of Yanbian area. METHODS A total of 1 658 of Han adolescents were selected from three grade of high schools in the Antu county, and the height, weight, waist circumference and hip circumference were measured, and BMI and waist circumference were as index for evaluating obesity. RESULTS The index level of boy physique were higher than that of girls（P〈0.01）. The detection rates of overweight were 11.2% and 7. 1%, and that of the obesity were 2.3% and 1.4%, and that of the overweight and obesity were 13.5% and 8.5% in boys and girls（P〈0.01）, respectively. There was a significant positive correlation between BMI and weight, waist circumference, WHR and WHtR, and the value of the partial correlate coefficient was 0. 893, 0. 548, 0. 584, 0. 056 and 0. 555 （P〈0.05）, respectively. The results of multifactor analysis showed that the general obesity was closely related with sex, height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, WHR and WHtR. CONCLUSION BMI in Han adolescent of Yanbian area has significant positive correlation with weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, WHR and WHtR.
