摘 要:[目的]探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和上皮钙黏附蛋白(E-cad)在分化型甲状腺癌组织中的表达情况及相关性.[方法]应用免疫组织化学方法检测100例分化型甲状腺癌组织HIF-1α和E-cad表达情况,并分析二者在分化型甲状腺癌组织中表达的相关性.[结果]分化型甲状腺癌组织中HIF-1α的表达阳性率与结节性甲状腺肿组织中的比较显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=21.061,P<0.01),E-cad表达阳性率在分化型甲状腺癌与结节性甲状腺肿组织中比较明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=20.034,P<0.01).分化型甲状腺癌组织中HIF-1α和E-cad的表达呈负相关(r=-0.513,P<0.05).[结论]分化型甲状腺癌组织中存在HIF-1α的高表达和E-cad表达的下调或缺失,HIF-1α与E-cad的表达呈高度负相关.OBJECTIVE To study the expression and correlation of hypoxia induced factor-1α (HIF-1α) and E-cad in differentiated thyroid carcinoma. METHODS HIF-1α and E-cad in 100 specimens of differentiated thyroid carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlation of HIF-1α expression to E-cad expression was analyzed. RESULTS Expression of HIF-1αand E-cad was significantly higher and lower in differentiated thyroid carcinoma than in nodular goiter tissues(x^2 = 21. 061, P〈0.01; Z2 = 20. 034, P〈0.01), respectively, and expression of between HIF-1α and E-cad was negative correlation in the differentiated thyroid carcinoma (r = -0. 513, P〈0.05). CONCLUSION High expression of HIF-1α and down regulation or absent of E-cad expression are in differentiated thyroid carcinoma, and the expression of between HIF-1α and E-cad is negative correlation in the differentiated thyroid carcinoma.
