摘　　要：本文通过对意会认识以及意会认识在当代科学研究中的意义的考察中,对意会认识的本质、功能和结构的分析的基础上,结合科学研究中的相关案例对当前的素质教育提出了几个方面的建议。Based on Tacit knowledge,the inspection of the contemporary meaning of Tacit knowledge and scientific research,the nature of tacit knowledge,functional and structural analysis,combined with related cases in scientific research,put forward a few suggestions on the current quality of education.
