摘　　要：会计人员继续工作是提高会计人员思想素质和胜任会计工作能力的方式之一,其重要性不言而喻,但在当前实际的继续教育工作中还存在着不足,如何对此有所改善,还得从几个具体方面入手。Accounting staff continue to work is one way to improve the quality and competence of accounting personnel thought and accounting capabilities,and its importance is self-evident,but in the current practice of continuing education,there are still in-sufficient,and how this to be improved,also needs to start from a few specific aspects.
