摘　　要：目的了解大学高知高干健康检查者4项血脂指标检测水平。方法采用日本全自动生化分析仪,对在中国地质大学医院进行健康检查的533名高知高干4项血脂指标进行检测,并对其结果进行统计分析。结果总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)随年龄增长上升,而甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)则随年龄增长下降,但性别间4项指标随年龄变化规律不同,差异有统计学意义。结论高知高干人群血脂状况不容乐观,35岁～年龄组的男性高知高干人群,多项血脂指标检测水平和阳性率同其他年龄组相比处于最高水平,男性和绝经期女性高知高干人群尤其要关注自身的血脂水平,应加强健康教育和实施干预策略,预防慢性疾病发生。[Objective]To learn the levels of 4 blood lipid indexes in senior intellectuals and cadres in university. [Methods]The levels of blood lipid of 533 senior intellectuals and cadres who had received health examination in Hospital Affiliated to China University of Geosciences were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer（made in Japan）,and the results were analyzed statistically. [Results]The levels of TC and LDL-C increased with increasing age,the levels of TG and HDL-C reduced with increasing age,and there was significant difference in the change law with age between men and women. [Conclusion]The status of blood lipid of senior intellectuals and cadres is not optimistic.The levels and positive rate of blood lipid indexes of male intellectuals and cadres over 35 years old are higher than those of other age groups.Among senior intellectuals and cadres,men and menopausal women should pay high attention to the detection of blood lipid.In order to prevent chronic diseases,it is necessary to strengthen health education and carry out the intervention measures.
