泛素特异性肽酶22在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨泛素特异性肽酶22（USP22）在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测100例胃癌、46例癌旁正常组织中USP22的表达情况。结果USP22在胃癌组织中阳性率为80．0％，明显高于正常组织（P〈0．05）。胃癌病理分期越高，USP22蛋白阳性表达率越高（P〈0．05）。胃癌分化程度越低，USP22蛋白阳性表达率越高（P〈0．05）。结论USP22是胃癌潜在的分子标记物。Objective To investigate the expression of USP22 in gastric cancer and the clinical significance. Methods The expression of USP22 protein was detected in 100 cases of gastric cancer and 46 normal tissues by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of USP22 was significantly higher in gastric cancer than normal tissues（P 〈0. 05）. The positive expression rate of USP22 in gastric cancer was positively correlated with stage （P 〈0. 05）, but negatively with differentiation （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion USP22 was a potential biomarker of gastric cancer.
