摘  要:对螺杆泵定、转子的运动规律和橡胶衬套的溶胀、热膨胀现象进行了分析。研究表明,螺杆泵转子与定子在衬套直线段中点接触时的相对滑动速度最大;定子橡胶衬套型线在直线段为内凸状,且在直线段中点内凸最大,刚性转子在该点挤压橡胶衬套的接触应力最大;由于滑动速度和接触应力最大,且都是在橡胶衬套直线段中点接触,因此在转子上会形成一条螺旋形的磨损线,导致转子表面的镀层脱落。提出了4种减小螺杆泵转子磨损的方法。On the basis of analysis of the stator and the rotor motion and rubber liner swelling for progressing cavity pump(PCP),it reached a conclusion that the relative sliding speed was the greatest when the stator and rotor contacted in the midpoint of bushings straight segment;because the work process of PCP can produce certain swelling and heat,its line isn't an ideal and regular,which is inside convex within a line segment,and value reaches largest at the midpoint,contact stress of rigid rotor extruding rubber liner is the largest;the type line special laws of single head single PCP caused that each point of the rotor surface contacted fixed points of stator.So in the midpoint of rubber liner straight segment,due to the biggest of sliding speed and the contact stress,every time fixed point contacted,it will appear on a spiral wear line on the rotor surface and caused coating of rotor surface fall off.This paper also put forward four solutions on reducing the PCP rotor abrasion.
