酸性磷酸酶在子宫颈癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:研究酸性磷酸酶(acid phosphatase,ACP)在子宫颈癌组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:采用RT-PCR、Western blot和免疫组化方法分别检测30例子宫颈鳞状细胞癌和30例正常宫颈组织中ACP的表达情况。结果:RT-PCR结果显示,子宫颈癌组织中ACP mRNA表达水平明显高于正常宫颈组织,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Western blot结果显示,子宫颈癌组织中ACP蛋白的表达水平明显高于正常宫颈组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);免疫组化结果显示,ACP定位于细胞浆,同时也提示子宫颈癌组织与正常宫颈组织比较,ACP表达明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:ACP在子宫颈癌组织中的表达明显升高,可以作为子宫颈癌的一项新的辅助诊断指标。Objective：To study the expression and clinical significance of acid phosphatase（ACP） in cervical cancer. Methods：RT-PCR,Western blot and immunohistochemical SP method were used to detect the expression levels of ACP in 30 cases with cervical squamous cell carcinoma and 30 cases with normal cervical tissues. Results：RT-PCR results showed that the expression level of ACP mRNA in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in normal cervical tissues,but there was no significant difference（P0.05）;Western blot results showed that the expression level of ACP protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in normal cervical tissues,and there was significant difference（P0.05）;immunohistochemical SP method results showed that ACP localized in cytoplasm,compared with normal cervical tissues,the expression level of ACP in cervical squamous cell carcinoma increased significantly（P0.05）. Conclusion：The expression level of ACP in cervical squamous cell carcinoma increases significantly,and ACP can be used as a new marker for auxiliary diagnosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
