摘　　要：对Microsoft Excel软件进行了简要介绍,针对如何利用Excel解决自动查表问题进行了探讨,结合具体实例阐述了Excel固有函数实现自动查表的方法及步骤,指出采用Excel自动查表可减轻工作强度并减少出错几率,值得推广。The paper has the brief introduction on the Excel software of Microsoft,explores the ways of how to solve the problems in the automatic checking of the lists by using Excel,illustrates the methods and steps for realizing the automatic checking of lists by using the fixed functions of Excel by combining with the examples at home and abroad,and points out the adoption of the Excel to undertake the checking can reduce the work intensity and mistake chances,so it can be further expanded.
