^(125)I粒子近距离照射根治性治疗前列腺癌7例报告

摘　　要：目的:评价^(125)I粒子植入治疗前列腺癌的疗效、适应证和并发症。方法:应用直肠超声引导及治疗计划系统,^(125)I粒子经会阴穿刺植入前列腺治疗前列腺癌患者7例,临床分期T_(1c)2例,T_(2a)2例,T_(2b)3例,Gleason评分5分1例,6分1例,7分4例,9分1例,PSA 9～50μg/L。结果:经8～17个月随访,所有患者PSA均下降至接近于0(<0.003μg/L),无严重并发症发生。结论:^(125)I粒子适用于局限性前列腺癌,近期疗效好,并发症少。Objective：To evaluate the indications,complactions and efficacy of interstitial braehytherapy in the treatment of prostate cancer. Methods： Seven patients with clinically localized stage Ttc to T2b ad prostate were treated with125 I brachytherapy using the transrectal ultrasound guided transperineal implantation technique and treatment planning system. PSA levels range between 9-50tμg/L. Results：In 8-17 months follow-up, the PS＇A levels of the 7 patients were decreased significantly and were all near zero. No serious eomplaetions were found in this group. Conclusions：Permanent interstitial brachytherapy has better efficacy, fewer complications in the treatment of clinically localized prostate cancer.
