消渴丸上市后临床再评价文献综述

摘　　要：消渴丸在临床应用文献显示出对2型糖尿病的确切疗效,由于消渴丸含有格列本脲,其不良反应多数是由于临床使用不当引起的,通过加强宣教、完善药品说明书、改善药品制剂工艺、加强临床再评价探索剂量与血糖水平的关系、明确适应症与禁忌症等来指导临床科学用药,进一步提高安全性,加之兼具的良好的经济性,将有利于消渴丸的持续性发展。The literatures of clinical application showed that Xiaoke pill has exact effect on type 2 diabetes. Because Xiaoke pills contain glyburide, most adverse reactions are resulted from inappropriate use. Clinical scientific and medical treatment can be guided by strengthening the mission, improving the instructions of medicines, improving pharmaceutical production technology, strengthening clinical research to further explore the relationship between blood glucose levels and dose, and clearing indications and contraindications. These also can improve security together with the good economy, and will benefit the sustainable development of Xiaoke pill.
