摘　　要：针对企业IT资源无法快速响应业务流程需求的现状,提出了一种面向服务构架的企业IT资源优化配置模型。将企业IT资源封装成具有松散耦合特性的IT服务单元,实现了IT资源部署和业务需求之间的相互独立;通过企业服务总线对IT服务进行发布;依据业务流程各阶段对IT服务的需求,采用自适应遗传算法求解IT服务的选择与组合问题。以某电力公司企业IT资源优化配置平台的构建为例,验证了模型的可行性和有效性。Aiming at the status of enterprises＇ IT resources couldn＇t respond to business process requirements rapidly,a service-oriented architecture optimized configuration model of IT resources for enterprises was presented.IT resources were encapsulated as loosely-coupled IT service units and mutual independence between IT resources deployment and business requirements was realized.IT services were released through enterprise service bus.Based on requirements for IT services from corresponding phases of business processes,self-adaptive genetic algorithm was adopted to solve the problem concerning IT services selection and combination.An example of IT Resources Optimal Allocation framework（IT-ROA） in a power company was taken to verified the feasibility and validity of this model.
