摘  要:图书馆从事环境教育具有可行性和必要性,是环境教育社会化的必然要求与选择,图书馆具有开展环境教育的责任与优势。我国图书馆环境教育有一定基础但存在诸多问题,可以借鉴俄罗斯图书馆环境教育的经验,构建基于公共图书馆的全国环境教育网络。There exists feasibility and necessity that libraries engage in environmental education, which is the re- quirement and choice of prevailing environmental education. Libraries possess responsibility and advantage of develo- ping environmental education, which can help making up deficiencies in our current environmental education, as well as promote innovation in library service work. Although libraries in China have a certain foundation in undertaking environmental education, there are still a good many problems. With environmental education experiences learned from Russian libraries, this thesis is aimed to put forward a blueprint and strategy of building the environmental edu- cation network based on public libraries.
