摘　　要：目的研究Caspase-3在视网膜母细胞瘤(retinoblastoma,RB)中的表达,探讨两者之间的关系及其在RB中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学检测24例RB石蜡包埋标本中的Caspase-3表达和两者的相关性。结果 24例RB中,分化型4例和未分化型20例。24例RB组织中,有18例Caspase-3蛋白表达阳性,占75.0%。Caspase-3在分化型与未分化型组间和视神经浸润组与视神经未浸润组两组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。Caspase-3表达与RB有无视神经浸润无相关性。结论 Caspase-3与RB的分化无关,在RB中Caspase-3的高表达可能与RB的演进有关。Objective To study the significance of the expression of Caspase-3,and correlation between them in retinoblastoma（RB）.Methods To detect the expression of Caspase-3 in RB with streptavidin/peroxidase immunohistochemical method.Results Among 24 cases,4 cases were differentiated type,other cases were undifferentiated type.The positive expression percentage of Caspase-3 was 75.0%（18/24） in RB,there was no significance between differentiated group and undifferentiated one,and there was remarkable significance between optic nerve infiltration group and non-optic nerve infiltration one.The expression of Caspase-3 in RB had a positive correlation.Conclusion The results suggested that the hightrexpression of Caspase-3 may play a role in the progression of RB.The expression of Caspase-3 in RB may have a relation with differentiation of RB.The expression of Caspase-3 in RB have a positive correlation.
