癌痛消颗粒长期毒性实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究癌痛消颗粒对大鼠的长期毒性作用。方法:癌痛消颗粒以临床成人日用量的27.44、13.72、5.49倍连续灌服12周,停药2周,分别称量大鼠体重,计算脏器系数,测定血液学和血液生化学指标,并做病理组织学检查。结果:癌痛消颗粒高、中、低剂量组动物的外观行为、体重、脏器系数、血常规和血生化学指标与空白对照组比较均无明显差异;对凝血指标有延长作用,其影响具有可逆性。病理检查未见与药物毒性相关的明显病变,停药后也未见药物延迟性毒性反应。结论:癌痛消颗粒长期用药对大鼠无明显毒性,推论临床拟用剂量是安全的。Objective：To study the long-term toxic effect of Aitongxiao grarules on rats.Methods：Aitongxiao granules,27.44,13.72,5.49 times of the clinical adult dosage continuous were given continuously 12 weeks,irrigation withdrawal 2 weeks,weighing rat respectively,calculation visceral index,determine hematology and blood biochemistry indexes,and the Pathological tissue examination were done.Results：Aitongxiao granules of high,middle and low dose group of the animal appearance and behavior,weight,viscera coefficient,routine blood and blood biochemistry indexes compared with the blank were not significantly different;the coagulant index has a longer effect,its influence was reversible.Pathological examination did not show drug toxicity related obvious changes after discontinuation,also did not show the drug toxicity was delayed.Conclusion：Aitongxiao granules long-time medication on rat has no significant toxicity,inference clinical decodes the dose is safe.
