摘  要:目的:研究每周运动量和规律运动时间对亚健康的影响及改善作用,从而为亚健康的运动干预提供实验依据。方法:采用流行病学横断面调查方法,以分层整群抽样法对1549例普通人群进行躯体、心理亚健康调查。结果:每周不同运动量的群体躯体、心理、躯体及心理亚健康程度有差异显著(P<0.01),多重比较结果表明,从来不锻炼的群体躯体、心理、躯体及心理亚健康程度显著高于小运动量群体(P<0.01)和大运动量群体(P<0.01);随着有规律锻炼时间的延长,躯体、心理、躯体及心理亚健康程度有逐渐降低的趋势。结论:每周的运动量和有规律的锻炼时间均对亚健康有很大的影响。参加体育锻炼者的亚健康情况比不锻炼者轻,并且要规律运动3年以上才能有效缓解亚健康症状。Objective:To study the relationships between the load of weekly exercise,regular exercise time and sub-health in order to discussion the influence and improvement function of sports to sub-health and provide experimental evidence for dietary interventions of the sub-healthy people.Methods:1549 cases proposed sub-healthy persons were investigated by stratified cluster sampling method.Results:The physical,psychological,physical and psychological sub-healthy levels have significant difference of different exercise load(P〈0.01);The physical,psychological,physical and psychological sub-healthy levels of those who never take exercise are significantly seriously than the group always take small amount exercise(P〈0.01)and great amount exercise(P〈0.01);The physical,psychological,physical and psychological sub-healthy levels have the tendency of reduces gradually along with the regularly exercise time’s extension.Conclusion:each week’s physiological load of exercise and the regularly exercise time gave the very tremendous influence to the sub-health.The sub-healthy level of who often take part in exercise lighter than the people who never take exercise,what more,people who take exercise regularly more than 3 years could alleviate the sub-health symptom effectively.
