耳尖穴放血配合雷夫奴尔外敷治疗麦粒肿临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价耳尖穴放血配合雷夫努尔外敷治疗麦粒肿的疗效。方法:2009年3月—2011年1月本院门诊就诊的50例麦粒肿患者均采用双侧耳尖穴同时点刺放血法同时外敷雷夫奴尔纱布治疗,以观察其疗效。结果:使用耳尖穴放血并外敷雷夫奴尔治疗的50例(58只眼)麦粒肿患者中一次痊愈41只眼(占71%),二次显效11只眼(占19%),三次显效4只眼(占6.9%),无效2只眼(占3.4%),总有效率达到96.6%。结论:耳尖穴放血疗法配合雷夫努尔外敷治疗麦粒肿安全有效无副作用且操作简便易于推广使用。Objective ： It is to evaluate the curative effect of bloodletting from Er Jian Point with external application Rivanol on hordeolum. Method ： from March, 2009 to January, 2011,50 outpatients with hordeolum all be treated with bloodletting from Er Jian Point in pairs, Meanwhile, suffering eye covered by Rivanol gauze to observe the curative effect. Result： There were 41 eyes recovery cases （71%）, 11 eyes effective cases on second time （ 19% ）,4 eyes effective cases on third time （ 6.9% ）,2 ineffective cases （ 3.4% ） in the patients after treatment with bloodletting from Er Jian Point with external application Rivanol gauze .The total effective rates was 96.6%. Conclusion ： It is obvious that bloodletting from Er Jian Point with external application Rivanol gauze on hordeolum is effective, safe and has no side effect. At the same time, the operational skill is easy enough to be widely used in clinic.
