摘　　要：中等职业学校的后勤管理与普通中小学的后勤管理有所不同。办好职业教育,物质基础条件非常重要,内部管理和硬件设施是留住学生的重要条件。后勤领导者要有通盘考虑思想,根据不同的对象做好服务工作。职业学校的后勤管理是一个庞大而复杂的摊子,只有善于不断总结经验,大胆创新管理模式,主动协调其他部门,管理才能出效益,管理才能出战果。The logistics management of secondary vocational school is different from that of the primary and middle schools.Corporeal foundation is very important for vocational education,while internal management and hardware facility is an important condition to keep students.Logistics leaders should have comprehensive thought,do service work according to different subjects.Logistics management in vocational school is a huge and complicated issue,only good summary of experience and bold innovation management mode can make management efficient and productive.
