早期肠内营养对胃癌患者术后肠功能的影响评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨早期肠内营养对胃癌患者术后肠功能的影响。方法:选择80例胃癌术后患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各40洌,实验组采用术后早期肠内营养支持,对照组给予常规营养方式,比较两组患者术后恢复情况。结果:实验组术后肠功能恢复情况要优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌术后早期肠内营养支持可有效促进术后肠功能的恢复。Objective：Early postoperative enteral nutrition ongut function in gastric cancer.Methods：80 cases of gastric cancer ＇patients were randomly divided into experimental and control group,40 pure,experimental group.early postoperative enteral nutrition in the control group received routine Of nutrition compared postoperative reeovery. Results：The recovery of bowel function is better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Coclusion：Early postoperative gastric enteral nutrition can be effective m promoting the recovery of bowel function.
