摘　　要：目的:观察高压氧疗、中医辨证综合疗法治疗早期脑卒中偏瘫临床疗效。方法:设立对照分析。对照组56例接受神经内科对症药物治疗及自我康复锻炼,治疗组78例在对照组基础上实施高压氧疗、中医辨证、运动疗法、针刺、中药熏蒸、推拿等综合疗法,观察运动功能(FMA)评分及日常生活活动能力(ADL)的改善情况。结果:两组治疗前患者的Fugl-Meyer评分及Barthel指数无差异;两组各自疗程结束后,患者的评分均有所提高,但治疗组提高的幅度更大,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在神经内科对症药物治疗的同时采取高压氧疗、中医辨证综合疗法治疗早期脑卒中偏瘫效果显著,有助于偏瘫的恢复。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and TCM differentiation＇s comprehensive therapy for treating early stroke＇s hcmiplegic,Methods： Establish contrast analysis.The control group 56 case accepted Neurological use pharmacotherapy and self rehabilitation training, The treatment group 78 case at the base of the control group did high pressure oxygen therapy and TCM differentiation, kinesitherapy, acupuncture. Chinese medicine fumigation, manipulation and so on. for observing Fuglmeyer assessment＇s （FMA） grade and activities of daily living （ADL） to improve situation.Results： Before the treatment of the two groups, Fugl-mayer Assessment＇s （FMA） grade and Barthel Index had no differences：After the two groups treated themselves, the patients＇ grade became higher, but the treatment group became higher than others, compared with control group, difference had no statistical significance （P〈0.01）.Conclusion： While Neurological use pharmacotherapy, do high pressure oxygen therapy, dialectical of TCM diffcrentiation＇s comprehensive therapy to treat early stroke＇s hemiplegic, to be received a slgnificant effect of recovering from early stroke＇s hcmiplegic.
