摘　　要：素质教育要求教育工作者必须摒弃传统的教育模式,更新教育理念。作者根据自己教授无机化学课程中的体会,结合社会发展需要,提出高校教师要具备终身学习、与时俱进的教育理念;以学生为本、和谐育人的教育理念;支持环保、倡导低碳生活的教育理念,这样才能培养出能够服务社会的德才兼备的人才。Quality education requires educators abandon traditional education system and renew education ideas.Based on the writer＇s own teaching experience of inorganic chemistry and the requirements for development,the writer proposes that college teachers should study for lifelong and keep pace with the times. In order to cultivate talents with both morality and intelligence for the society,teachers should also support environment protection and advocate low carbon life with harmonious education idea.
