摘　　要：随着新农村建设的不断发展,非政府组织在推进农民培训、提升农民素质的过程中正发挥着积极而不可替代的作用。在我国整体进入工业反哺农业、城市带动农村的历史阶段,非政府组织应提升其参与农民培训的能力,加强与政府组织的合作,规范"项目牵动,绩效管理"的运作模式,大力开展农业技术推广服务。With the development of the new countryside construction,non-governmental organizations in promoting farmers training,improving the quality of peasants is playing an active and irreplaceable role.Now,non-governmental organizations should improve the ability of participation in the farmers training, strengthen the cooperation with government organization,regulate the mode about ＂project affect,performance management＂, and advance the service of agricultural technology extension.
