培养中学生篮球防守战术能力的探索

摘　　要：在中学篮球教学中,注重防守教学,可以提高中学生篮球运动水平。本人从事多年的中学篮球教学、训练工作,获得一些经验;同时查阅大量的文献材料做理论依据,对中学篮球防守技术进行研究和探索。对中学生篮球防守技术的培养,首先是正确的基本姿势和重视培养防守技术三方面能力,针对不同类型进攻对手采取灵活多变的防守方法。In basketball teaching of middle school, it is able to improve students＇ basketball skills if paying attention to the teaching of defense ability. The writer obtains some experience in the past years＇ basketball teaching and training.Based on the experience and a great amount of documents,the writer inquires into basketball defense skills and proposes that teachers should lay stress on the teaching of the right posture,defense skills and adopt various defense skills in different situation.
