新升本院校大学英语教师队伍现状与思考——由一个案例得到的启示

摘　　要：本文通过对新升本的贺州学院的大学英语教师队伍现状进行探讨,结合当前大学英语教学对教师队伍的要求,提出了对改进该学院大学英语教师队伍现状的思考,由此为其他新升本院校的对大学英语教师队伍进行科学管理提供可借鉴的经验。Based on the exploration of the status quo of the teaching group for college English in the newly-built Hezhou University,this paper proposes the thinking on the improvement of the status of college English teaching group,aiming to provide some references for the scientific management of college English teaching group in other newly-built universities.
