摘  要:根据某V型支撑板翻边件的几何特点,制定了对称双件翻边的成形方案,并利用数值模拟手段对方案进行了评估。发现局部翻边区域由于板料伸长率过大,容易出现破裂现象,同时底部区域因为成形中不均匀拉力的作用发生材料聚集,最后引起受压失稳而起皱,结论得到了试验结果的验证。结合数值模拟,提出了零件工艺性的改善措施,获得了合格的零件。According to the geometric characteristics of V-shaped support plate,a symmetrical and two-piece flanging process was constituted,and which was evaluated using finite element numerical simulation method.As the sheet metal elongation is too large in some flanging areas,crack phenomenon easyly occurs;meanwhile in the bottom area,because of the uneven tension,the forming materials gather,which last causes compression instability and wrinkling,the conclusion is verified by test results.Combined with numerical simulation,the improvement measures of parts manufacturability is proposed and the qualified parts are gained.
