门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合乳果糖治疗肝性脑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的为研究门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合乳果糖治疗肝炎后肝硬化所致肝性脑病的治疗效果。方法选取肝炎后肝硬化所致肝性脑病58例,将其分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予门冬氨酸鸟氨酸、乳果糖治疗,对照组给予谷氨酸钾、谷氨酸钠治疗,观察肝性脑病的改善及肝功、血氨的改变。结果观察组总有效率为84.38%(17/32),对照组总有效率为57.69%(15/26),观察组疗效优于对照组(χ2=5.113,P=0.024)。观察组:治疗前后AST、ALT、TBIL、血氨含量比较,t值依次为3.823、3.432、3.649、6.435,P<0.05。治疗后观察组与对照组之间:AST、TBIL、血氨的t值依次为3.382、3.153、3.595,P<0.05。ALTt值为1.891,P>0.05。结论门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合乳果糖治疗肝炎后肝硬化所致肝性脑病效果好。Objective To explore the effect of L-ornithine-L-aspartate combined with lactulose in the treatment of patients with hepatic eneephalopathy after hepatic cirrhosis. Methods Fifty-eight patients with hepatic encephalopathy after hepatic cirrhosis from April 2006 to August 2009 were selected. They were were di- vided into observation group （n = 32） and control group （n = 26）. The observation group received treatment of L-ornithine-L-aspartate combined with lactuiose. The control group received sodium glutamate injection and potassium glutamate injection, and the improvement of hepatic encephalopathy and the changes of liver function, blood ammonia before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group and control group were 84. 38% （17/32） and 57.69% （15/26） respectively,The differences of effect between observation group and control group were statistically signifieant（x2 = 5.113,P = 0. 024）. The t values of AST, ALT,TBIL,Blood Ammonia of observation group before and after treatment were 3. 823,3.432,3. 649,6. 435, and the P values were all 〈 0. 05. The t values of AST, ALT, Blood Ammonia between observation group and control group after treatment were 3. 382,3. 153,3. 595, and the P values were all 〈 0.05. The t value of ALT were 1. 891, and the P value was above 0. 05. Conclusion The effect of observation group is better than that of the control group.
