摘　　要：人才培养方案是高等学校人才培养的纲领性文件。本文从独立学院的办学现状、生源实际、就业走向出发,提供了独立学院创新人才培养方案的宏观思路,阐述了人才培养方案创新的必要性、针对性和紧迫性。Personnel training program is a programmatic document training in colleges and universities. This paper explained the need, relevance and urgency for personnel training, from independent schools status, students practice, the starting job to provide the macro idea for innovative independent college training program.
