摘　　要：大学生是国家发展和民族振兴的宝贵的人才资源,高校对大学生的培养至关重要。通过研究高校教师批评要素与大学生被批评后的效果,在此基础上提出命题假设、进行实证研究的理论解释,并对高校教师批评行为提出四条相应的策略性建议:教师应树立公平尊重的批评观念;教师批评重在引导;教师需要注重批评反馈,构建高效反馈系统;构建高校师生交流平台。The university student is the precious human resources which the national development and the nationality promote, the university is very important to university student＇s raise. Criticizes the essential factor and the university student after the research university teachers criticizes the effect, based on this proposed that the proposition supposition, conducts the empirical study the theory to explain, and criticizes the behavior to the university teachers to propose four corresponding strategical suggested： The teacher should set up the fair respect the criticism idea; The teacher criticizes again in the guidance; The teacher needs to pay great attention to criticize the feedback, the construction highly effective feedback system; The construction university teachers and stu- dents exchange the platform.
