摘　　要：运用文献资料法对科普基地的功能与在不同群体中传播产生的作用进行了综述研究,群体主要包括城镇居民、农民和广大青少年,结果表明:科普基地对提高农民科学文化素质、促使农民运用科学手段地作业有很大作用,丰富了广大城镇居民的业余生活与精神生活,对于青少年获取丰富的科学知识、激发浓厚的科学兴趣与开发创造潜能具有现实意义。进一步为科普基地的发展建设提供了咨询性建议。By using the methods of documentation for popular science base function and spread in different groups of effects were summarized research group, including urban residents, main farmers and the young, and the results show that： the popular science base to improve farmers＇ scientific culture quality, get farmers to use science to homework means a great role; The rich of urban residents with spiritual life; spare life In teenagers get rich knowledge of science, arouse strong scientific interest and development potential to create realistic meanings.
