摘　　要：目的研究C-kit和PDGFR-β在硬纤维瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测C-kit和PDGFR-β在65例硬纤维瘤及其周围正常肌肉组织中的表达。结果 C-kit在硬纤维瘤和周围正常肌肉组织中阳性表达率分别为16.9%和13.8%,P=0.982;PDGFR-β在硬纤维瘤和周围正常肌肉组织中阳性表达率分别为73.8%和15.4%,P=0.024。结论硬纤维瘤肿瘤组织中PDGFR-β高表达,可作为潜在的靶点接受甲磺酸伊玛替尼试验治疗。Objective To investigate the expression and possible significance of C-Kit and PDGFR-β in desmoid tumor. Methods The expression of C-kit and PDGFR-β in 65 cases of desmoid tumor and the surrounding normal muscle tissue were analyzed with immunohistochemistry SP method. Results The positive expression rate of C-kit in desmoid tumor was 16.9% , not statistically different from the surrounding normal muscle tissue （P = 0. 982）. While the positive expression rate of PDGFR-β was 73.8%, statistically higher than the surrounding normal muscle of 15;. 4% （P = 0. 024）.
