摘  要:目的:观察层黏连蛋白(LN)和纤维连接蛋白(FN)在小鼠肾发育中的时空性表达,探讨其与肾发育的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学技术,结合免疫印迹法,检测不同胚龄及生后日龄小鼠肾组织LN和FN的表达及其含量变化。结果:LN在输尿管芽、各期肾小体、肾小管及集合管的基底膜处均有表达,并随肾的发育其表达量逐渐增加;FN在除逗号小体以外的各期肾小体、肾小管和集合管的基底膜处均有表达,随肾的发育其表达量逐渐增加。结论:LN和FN可能对小鼠肾发育以及成熟肾各结构的维持起重要作用。Objective: To observe the spatiotemporal expressions of laminin (LN) and fibronectin (FN) in developing mouse kidney and to investigate the relationship between the expression and kidney development. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were used to observe and measure the expression of LN and FN in embryos and postnatal mouse kidneys. Results: The expression of LN was noticed in the ureteric bud, all stages of glomeruli, renal tubules and collecting ducts, and was increasing gradually with ages; The expression of FN was detected also in all stages of glomeruli, renal tubules and collecting duets, except for the commar-shaped bodies, and also increased gradually with ages. Conclusion: LN and FN play an important role in the development and maturation of the mouse kidney,
