摘  要:设计了一种全数字高可靠性交流伺服电机驱动器。该驱动器以复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)为控制核心,结合智能功率模块(IPM),针对交流伺服电机的驱动与保护特点,实现了对SVPWM信号的死区控制和系统的多种故障保护。给出了核心单元、信号检测及保护电路的设计以及关键环节的保护时序图。实验结果表明:该驱动器工作稳定、可靠,所采取的保护措施快速、有效。A high reliability digital AC servo motor drive was designed. For driving and protecting characteristics of AC servo motor, the dead zone control of SVPWM and the protection of many kinds of fault were realized with complex programmable logic device (CPLD) as the core drive unit combined with intelligent power module (IPM). The design of core unit, signal testing and protecting circuit were showed. And the protection timing diagram of key part was presented. The experimental result of demonstrates the driver is stable and reliable and the measures of protection can work quickly and effectively.
