摘　　要：针对电梯老龄化致使故障频发的问题,研究电梯运行状态在线监测系统,实现电梯故障远程报警。设计基于Mega微处理器的高性价比嵌入式系统,通过多传感器信息融合的方式,获取电梯运行速度、方向、层站、门开关以及电梯内是否有人等信息。研究电梯故障推理策略,根据电梯状态判断电梯是否正常运行,以及异常状态下的具体故障类型。研制RS485转Ethernet双向数据透明传输模块,建立电梯运行参数采集终端和远程管理平台之间的广域网连接,实现电梯运行状态集中监测和电梯故障自动远程报警。该系统为电梯安全监管提供了技术支撑,实际运行效果良好。According to the aging of elevators which causes fluquent problems, online monitoring system of running status was researched and remote alarm of elevators＇ problems was realized. Based on Mega MCU, embedded system with high cost-effective was designed, which gets the running speed, direction, floor, door switches and passenger status through the method of multi-sensor information fusion. Reasoning strategy was researched and exploited to determine whether elevators were running normally, and deduce fault type when unnormally. Bi-direction data transfer between RS485 and Ethernet was developed to establish communication for online runnning status monitoring system with remote management platform, based on which, centralized monitoring and automatic remote alarm of elevators were accomplished. The proposed system supplies technical support for safety supervision of elevators, and practical operating re- sults prove its effectiveness.
