谈我国职业体育发展中的政府主导机制

摘　　要：在分析中西方职业体育运行特征和存在问题的基础上,提出:市场调节机制是西方职业体育运行的核心,以利润的最大化追求为其运行目标,"市场失灵"是其面临的最大问题;而后发型的我国职业体育,显现"市场发育不健全"的特征,构建符合社会主义市场经济体制要求的、发挥政府主导作用的职业体育运行模式是我国职业体育产业化发展的必然选择。并基于政府经济学的观点,探讨我国职业体育产业化发展过程中的政府作用机制,以期完善人们的认识,服务于我国职业体育发展。Based on the analysis of the features and problems of professional sports between China and western countries,the paper concluded that market regulation mechanism was the core of western professional sports operations,aiming at pursuing the profit maximization and the biggest problem was ＂market failure＂.China＇s professional sports,which developed later than western countries,had the characteristics of ＂market underdeveloped＂.It is an inevitable choice for China to construct a government-oriented professional sports operating mode in accordance with socialist market economy mechanism.The paper also explored government＇s role in promoting the industrial development of Chinese professional sports from the perspective of government economics,with a view to improve people＇s awareness and serve the development of professional sports in China.
