摘　　要：以世界优秀男子400 m栏运动员的数据为样本,运用统计、计算、分析与归纳等方法,分析速度节奏变化对400 m栏成绩的影响,依据项目的特点,对运动员速度节奏技术类型进行分类与评价。结果显示,"A型"的技术特征具有显著符合项目自身内在规律的表现形式,代表着男子400 m栏技术的发展趋势;我国男子400 m栏运动员更适合"A型"技术的发展方向,并建立了男子400 m栏运动员分段时间量化评价标准。Evaluation of the technical characteristics of speed rhythm on the 400 m hurdle race is an effective means to grasp the technological development.Through statistics and analysis of the data of the elite men 400 m hurdle race in the world,it analyzed the change of speed rhythm＇s impactions of 400 m results.It revealed that the A-pattern technique characteristic on this item＇s rule represented the men 400 m hurdle race development;Chinese men 400 m hurdle racers adapt to the A-pattern technique development,and construct the standard evaluation on the men 400 m hurdle＇s subsection time.
