摘 要:加强足球运动员腿部力量对提高进球有不可忽视的作用。以广东农工商学院足球运动队为对象,通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访淡法、教学实验等方法,经过两个月每周3次的杠铃负重深蹲的力量训练后,实验组比对照组杠铃负重深蹲提高了31%。实验前后两组有明显差距,实验组运动员的腿部力量、爆发力得到明显的提高。说明提高足球运动员腿部力量对进球成功率有明显的提高,通过增强足球运动员腿部力量对提高中远距离射门进球有显著效果,而对近距离点球射门效果不明显。In order to score more goals easily, football players must increase the leg foree, which has great impact on scoring. Applying such research methods as literature review, questionnaire interview, teaching experiment and so on, we have chosen the football team of AIB College as research object and conducted a two - month training of barbell full squat three times a week. Result shows that the experimental group is 31% ahead of the comparison group in barbell squat. The experimental group indicates that raising football players "leg force is obviously effective to enhance their shooting speed. The enhancement in experimental group's scoring rate proves that through raising football player's leg force is quite effective in promoting goals in longdistance shooting.
