准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术术后屈光回退及欠矫再手术32例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)术后屈光回退及欠矫再手术的治疗效果。方法对2004年5月～2009年8月在我院行LASIK术后发生屈光回退和欠矫的32例(46眼),在条件允许及患者自愿的前提下,原角膜瓣下再次行激光切削,随访1年,观察术后裸眼视力、屈光度变化及并发症发生情况。结果 32例(46眼)术后视力良好,屈光度稳定。术后发生角膜瓣移位1眼,角膜上皮内生2眼,一级弥漫性层间膜炎(DLK)3眼,均给予对症处理后痊愈。结论 LASIK术后屈光回退或欠矫是常见并发症,行原角膜瓣下再次激光切削疗效满意,但远期疗效需长期随访。Objective To observe the effect of reoperation on patients with refractive regression and unsatisfactory correction after laser in situ keratomileusis（LASIK）.Methods During May 2004 and August 2009,32 patients（46 eyes） underwent refractive regression and unsatisfactory correction after LASIK in our hospital.All patients were voluntary and the conditions were mature.The patients received original corneal flap again by laser cutting,and were followed up for 1 year.The visual acuity,refractive changes and postoperative complications were observed.Results Postoperative vision of 32 patients（46 eyes）were good,and the diopter was stable.One eye had Cornea displacement,2 had epithelium endogeny,and 3 had grade one of diffuse lamellar keratitis（DLK） and all were cured after treatment.Conclusion Refractive regression and unsatisfactory correction after LASIK are common complications.If the conditions are favorable,the efficacy of original corneal flap again by laser cutting is satisfactory,but the long-term effect should be studied.
