自制六神祛腐汤治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察自制六神祛腐汤治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮的临床效果。方法将50例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮随机分为观察组24例(30处)和对照组26例(30处)。对照组采用常规外科无菌换药方法处理创面,同时行常规护理,观察组在常规换药、护理基础上,采用六神祛腐汤外敷治疗。结果观察组治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论自制六神祛腐汤外敷治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮,具有起效快、疗效高、简单方便的优点。Objective To observe the clinical effect of domestic Liushenqufu decoction in treatment of phase Ⅱand phase Ⅲ pressure sore.Methods 50 patients with phase Ⅱ and phase Ⅲ pressure sore were randomly divided into observation group（n=24,30 pressure sores） and control group（n=26,30 pressure sores）.The control group received routine surgical treatment with sterile wound dressing and conventional care,the observation group received Liushenqufu decoction under routine nursing care.Results The cure rate and total efficacy rate in observation group were better than those in control group,and the healing time was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were significant（P0.01,P0.05）.Conclusion Domestic Liushenqufu decoction in treatment of phase Ⅱ and phase Ⅲ pressure sore has advantages of quick and high efficacy and convenience.
