高校资产经营公司财务集中管理模式探析

摘　　要：介绍并分析了高校资产经营公司财务集中管理的主要内容以及财务分散管理存在的主要问题,并对高校资产经营公司实施财务集中管理的必要性进行了阐述,提出了完善资产经营公司财务集中管理模式的途径。This paper introduces and analyzes the main contents of centralized financial management of the college assets management companies and the main problems of financial decentralization.And then the necessity of implentation of financial centralized management by the college assets management companies was elaborated.Finally,the article puts forward how to improve financial centralized management of the college assets management companies in order to facilitate modern business development.Asset management companies and universities to implement centralized management of financial necessity was explained,put forward how to improve the asset management companies financial centralized management.
