参松养心胶囊联合帕罗西汀治疗卒中后抑郁疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参松养心胶囊联合帕罗西汀治疗卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:将65例患者随机分为2组,对照组32例使用帕罗西汀,治疗组33例使用帕罗西汀加参松养心胶囊,疗程均为4周。观察2组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)的变化,比较2组的疗效。结果:2组患者治疗后抑郁评分均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参松养心胶囊联合帕罗西汀治疗卒中后抑郁有效。Objective：To observe the efficacy of Shensongyangxin capsule associated with Paroxetine in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods：65 cases were divided into two groups randomly.Treatment group（33 cases） were treated by Paroxetine associated with Shensongyangxin capsule.Control group（32 cases） were treated by Paroxetine.Observation time was 4 weeks.Hamilton depression scale score（HAMD） was evaluated after therapy.Results：Hamilton depression scale scores of both groups were improved（P0.05）,and treatment group was better（P0.05）.Conclusion：Shensongyangxin capsule associated with Paroxetine can be used to improve post-stroke depression.
