摘　　要：目的探讨S100A4蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法应用免疫组化二步法检测S100A4蛋白在食管鳞癌及癌旁正常食管组织中的表达情况。结果 S100A4蛋白在食管鳞癌及癌旁正常食管组织中的阳性表达率分别为57.30%、15.00%,前者明显高于后者,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。S100A4蛋白在浸润深度T1、T2、T3食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为41.18%、46.88%、72.50%;在TNM分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ+Ⅳ期食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为33.33%、52.17%、78.57%;在有淋巴结转移和无淋巴结转移食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为72.97%、46.15%,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.030、0.010、0.012)。S100A4蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达与组织分化程度、病变长度、性别及年龄无关(P=0.467、0.539、0.267、0.284)。结论 S100A4蛋白的表达参与食管鳞癌的发生、发展过程,与其侵袭、转移关系密切。Objective To analyze the expression of S100A4 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the relation with clinicopathologic features.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of S100A4 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and normal esophageal tissues.Results The positive expression rates of S100A4 in carcinoma and normal esophageal tissues were 57.30%,15.00%,the differences were significant（P=0.001）.The positive expression rates were 41.18%,46.88%,72.50% in the T1,T2,T3 tissues;they were 33.33%,52.17%,78.57% in theⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ＋Ⅳ stage tissues;and they were 72.97%,46.15% in the tissues with and without lymph node metastasis（P=0.030,0.010,0.012）.There were no significant differences between the S100A4 expression and differentiation of tissue,tumor length,gender and age（P=0.467,0.539,0.267,0.284）.Conclusion The expression of S100A4 takes part in esophageal carcinogenesis and progression,and is important for the invasion and metastasis.
