摘　　要：科技创新是医院提高核心竞争力的关键,是保持医院前进不竭的动力,没有科技创新,就没有医院的发展。科研平台是医院科技创新的基础条件,是培养、吸引科技创新人才,锻造科研团队的基地。文章结合实践阐述了绍兴市人民医院在科技创新中注重科研平台的构建,以及医学科技创新平台在促进医院科研人才队伍建设,提升医院科技创新能力和综合实力方面起到的重要作用。Science and technology innovation is the key point for improving hospital core competition and the endless energy of hospital deve｜opment. No science and technology innovation, no hospital development. Research platfot＇m is the basic condition tbr hospital science and technology innovation and the base of training and absorbing human resources and shaping research team. Based on ttle practice of Shaoxing Municipal People＇ s Hospital, experiences of research platform construction is introduced. And the platfornl has benefitted for hospital research team construction, promoting hospital science and technology innovation capacity and general capacity.
