摘 要:全球汉语热的升温使海内外汉语教师严重缺乏。针对如何适应时代的要求以及海外汉语学习者的需求,对不同国家或地区的汉语教学做到"量体裁衣",使中国语言文化在海外得以更好地推广等问题,提出了汉语国际教育信息化建设的途径和内容:制定相关政策法规、设立管理中心、加大投入、宏观调控以及分步实施等是建设的途径;网络教育、多媒体教学和教育管理信息化是建设的基本内容。最后强调了建设中不仅要考虑硬环境,更要考虑软环境,应将信息技术整合到汉语课程及汉语教学的各个环节中。While Chinese language is gaining more popularity globally,problem of teacher's shortage has been getting more prominent.In response to diversified needs of learners in countries and/or regions other than China,this paper proposes informationization of Chinese international education as an alternative so that Chinese language and culture could be promoted in a better way.Approaches to achieving this goal include promulgating policies and regulations concerned,constructing a management center,allocating more resources,adopting measures of macro-control,and careful planning and implementing.Contents cover such principal areas as online education,multimedia teaching and informationization of education management.The paper finally stresses that in order to integrate the information technology with Chinese learning and teaching programs,both hard and soft environment are to be taken into serious consideration.
