摘 要:分别以0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0mg/L外源一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)供体硝普钠(SNP)处理香椿种子,结果表明:不同浓度的外源SNP对香椿种子发芽势、发芽率及幼苗的芽长、根长、茎粗和干鲜比均有明显的促进作用.既能提高发芽势、出苗整齐,又能提高发芽率的外源一氧化氮的浓度为0.4mg/L.综合发芽势、发芽率、干重、鲜重、芽长、根长等指标对香椿种芽促进作用最大的外源一氧化氮的浓度是0.8mg/L.The seeds of Toona sinensis Roem were treated with 0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0 mg/L exogenous nitric oxide(sodium nitroprussiate were used as the donor) separately.The results showed that the germination energy,percentage of germination of the seeds of Toona sinensis Roem and the seedling length,root length,the stem thick,and the ratio of dry weight to fresh weight were all significantly increased compared with the control.When treated with the 0.4 mg/L exogenous nitric oxide,not only the germination energy but also the percentage of germination of the seeds was improved simultaneity.As a whole the germination energy,germination of the seeds,dry weight,free weight,Seedling length,root length,were all increased when the exogenous nitric oxide was 0.8 mg/L.
