陕西省中等职业学校专业设置现状与调整对策

摘　　要：中等职业学校专业设置要适应行业和岗位的要求,根据产业结构主动优化学校的专业结构。抽样调查显示,陕西省已形成了以第二产业为首,二、三产业为主体的专业结构,专业结构基本适应产业结构,但三次产业结构与专业结构仍存在一定偏差。建议陕西省根据经济社会发展需求,加强农林牧渔类、资源类等基础性专业的建设,加强专业集群建设,加强交通、保健、公共服务类专业建设,加快新兴专业建设。The specialties setup of secondary vocational schools should adapt to the industries and posts requirements,and actively optimize the specialty structure of schools according to the industrial structure.The sampling survey shows that Shanxi province has formed the specialty structure that takes the second industry as the leading and takes the second and the third industries as the body,which basically adapt to the industrial structure,but there exist certain deviation between the three-industry structure and specialty structure.The suggestions are： Shanxi province should enhance the construction of basic specialties including the farming,forestry,husbandry and fishing and the resource in line with the need of economic and social development,reinforce the construction of specialty cluster,strengthen the construction of public service specialties including the traffic and health care,and speed up the establishment of emerging specialties.
