摘 要:中小学校长培训在时间和内容上不是特定的、一次性的单元培训,而是连续的、多次的多元培训。提高培训和岗位培训是中小学校长培训在不同阶段的具体表现,其指导思想和基本要求具有统一性和时代性。教育对象具有单一性和特定性,教学内容呈现连续性和渐进性。在教学模式和教学方式上,提高培训和岗位培训的重心各有侧重。校长岗位培训突出了教学的全面性、系统性和基础性,校长提高培训突出了教学的专题性、针对性和层次性。校长提高培训是拔高性培训,在教学师资上比岗位培训要求更高。The training of primary and secondary school principals,in terms of time and content,is not specific,one-time unit training,but continuous,multiple training.The improving training and job training are specific performance at different stages,and the guiding principles and basic requirements are of a nature of unity and times,while the education object is of a unitary and specific nature.The teaching content shows the continuity and progressiveness.In the teaching mode and teaching methods,improving training and job training may lay emphasis on different aspects.The job training highlights the comprehensive,systematic and fundamental teaching.The improving training focuses on the teaching of thematic,targeted and multi-aspect content.The improving training is to raise the quality of the principals;therefore,more qualified teachers are required.
