摘　　要：大学的精神、文化、校风、传统等作为大学的灵魂和核心,对大学的发展方向、教育质量、办学特色都有着决定性的作用。培育一种良好的大学精神和校园文化,一是要创新理念;二是要建立健全长效机制,形成"耐力"、"合力";三是要提高教师自身的人文素质,培养一支高水平的教师队伍。as core and soul of universities, the university＇s spirit, culture, school ethos and tradition play a decisive role in the development direction, quality of education and characteristics of schooling of universities and colleges. To cultivate a good university spirit and campus culture, first, innovation concept must be owned; second ; an effective mechanism must be built up to form the stamina and resultant force ; third, the humanistic quality of the teachers must be improved to foster a sophisticated teaching body.
