影响公共管理类专业教学质量因素的探析

摘　　要：根据国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010～2020年）对高校专业建设的部署和要求，结合对公共管理类专业课堂教学的调研数据，利用双因素方差分析模型，找出了影响公共管理类专业教学质量的因素。进而从宏观层面的专业发展定位与课程体系构建、微观层面的教师与学生角度，探讨进一步提升公共管理类专业教学质量的途径与方法。According to the requirement of the National Long-term Development Plan for Education Reform （2010;--2020）, it requires to make forward-looking arrangements for the professional development. On the basis of six months＇ research data to all the teachers and students, the authors have analyzed the factors, with the help of Tests of Between-Subjects Effects so as to identify the factors affecting the teaching practice of this department. In order to improve the teaching quality, the following aspects are proposed to carry out： the system orientation and the design of curricula at the macro-level; and the perspective of teachers and students at the micro-level.
