摘　　要：高等学校是国家培养高级专门人才的重要基地,其对建设人力资源强国和创新型国家具有十分重要的作用。培养优秀的人力资源和建设创新型国家,关键在于提升大学生的创新能力。高等学校可以通过培养大学生的科研能力,来推动大学生创新能力的形成和发展。Institutes of higher education are the bases for our nation to cultivate professional talents so it is of great importance for China to become a strong nation with rich human resource and innovative country.The key of getting excellent human resource and innovative nation is to improve students＇ innovative competence.Higher education can improve students＇ innovative competence through improving their academic competence.
