摘　　要：针对目前机械加工车间的切屑量大,收集手段落后,以及需要大量人力来处理的现状,引入自动化集中排屑的解决方案,并通过某工程实例进行阐述.通过在车间设置专门的自动排屑装置对切屑进行自动处理,既能节省人力,又提高了工作效率.Aiming at the situation of the large chip amount,lagged collecting means and a lot of manpower to handle in machine shop,a solution of automatic concentrated chip collecting and transferring was introduced.And a project example was discussed simultaneously.By setting up the special automatic chip collecting and transferring device in machine shop,the chip can be disposed automatically,and it can not only save manpower,but also improve efficiency.
